- Our fees are based on the complexity of the search, the specialization of the potential candidates, and the opportunity for additional or multiple search assignments. Naturally you will want to discuss specific rates after we have discussed the scope of your search.
- Fees are charged only when we are successful in delivering the candidate you determine to be the best, which accepts the position and commences employment.
- Our fee will be effective and applied should the candidate presented to you be offered and accepts any employment by your firm, any of its subsidiaries or by any company to which you may have referred the candidate to within a period of twelve months of introduction.
OUR PROCESS
To reach a specific destination you need to have a clear map. The map we use to reach the ideal candidate comes in the form of complete descriptions of both the job and the hiring process. These will be prepared by IMS group through our recruitment specialists with all interviewing parties and the manager to whom the position reports. We will consider issues such as:
